Section 1 - General Booking Terms

 

  • Sweet Treats box available between Thursday and Saturday only. 
  • 7 days notice required for sweet treats box 
  • The "Sweet Treats" box is provided by Sunshine Makes and Bakes (Food hygiene rating: 5) 
  • Allergies are listed on the 'Sweet Treats' box for your information.  Please let us know prior to your appointment if you have any allergies. 
  • Any cancellations will incur a fee of £25 
  • 72-hours’ notice required for any cancellations. Cancellations thereafter will be charged in full. 
  • Seamstress subject to availability for bridal fittings 
  • For terms and conditions of sale is on the back of your order form, signable in store at point of sale. 
  • Any drunk, disorderly behaviour, or any abuse toward staff is not permitted, and you will be asked to leave the premises without refund of the appointment.  
  • More Prosecco and cocktails are available at additional cost. Please click on the Curious Cocktails link below for menu and pricing. 
  • At least 24-hour notice required for bookings. 
  • Bromley Brides Limited will not be liable for any damage to a client’s wedding dress due to makeup, deodorant, alcohol spillages from the bride-to-be or her guests. 
  • No under 16s permitted in the Wonder Room
  • No under 18s permitted for alcohol consumption in the Wonder Room
  • No under 10s in our upstairs bridal suite (this is applicable for standard appointments only NOT VIP appointments)
  • Under 10s permitted in the downstairs bridal suite only

 

Section 2 - VIP Bridal appointment 

 

  • VIP bridal appointment available during usual opening hours. 
  • Duration is 120 minutes (2 hours). 
  • Group booking of up to 5 people only. 
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco included. 
  • More Prosecco and cocktails are available at additional cost. Please click on the Curious Cocktails link below for menu and pricing. 
  • At least 24-hour notice required for bookings. 
  • Booking fee of £45 is non-refundable but it is transferable.  
  • No under 16s permitted in the Wonder Room
  • No under 18s permitted for alcohol consumption in the Wonder Room

 

Section 3 - VIP Bridal Fitting 

 

  • First try-ons available during usual shop opening hours. 
  • Seamstress for VIP bridal fittings available on Saturdays only. 
  • Duration is 120 minutes (2 hours). 
  • Group booking of up to 5 people only. 
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco included. 
  • More Prosecco and cocktails are available at additional cost. Please click on the Curious Cocktails link below for menu and pricing. 
  • No under 16s permitted in the Wonder Room
  • No under 18s permitted for alcohol consumption in the Wonder Room 

 

SECTION 4 - standard appointments

  • Bridal appointments are 80 minutes only. 
  • Each bride will have a sales consultant/stylist at their service during this time. 
  • Brides can bring up to 4 guests with them (maximum). 
  • No shoes to be worn in the showroom (exceptions will be made for medical reasons). 
  • Only water allowed during standard appointments. 
  • No food allowed. 
  • Weekday appointments are free of charge  
  • Saturday appointments are £25 
  • Fittings on Saturday will be in held in the small changing room 
  • Please find terms and conditions of sale on your order form 
  • Made to order gowns are non-refundable  
  • Bromley Brides will not be liable for damages or marks on client’s wedding dresses due to makeup, deodorant, beverage spillages.
